We have really had it with our next door neighbor. Since he moved in a year ago, he has mowed his grass maybe a total of three times. What was once a nice yard has turned into a weed-infested jungle. And yes, this is the same neighbor that sometimes has goats and chickens running around...and who has managed to fit four non-working cars into a 2-car garage.Notice the dead tree branches that are leaning against the fence. This is probably why our home's appraisal has dropped $6,000 in the last year.
Got any suggestions? Other than moving?

You might want to check with the City to see what kind of codes they have in regard to the "weed infested jungle." We have an ordinance that bans noxious weeds. But I live in a different state!! You might also check with them regarding the goats and chickens - I doubt very much if it's legal to have those types of pets in a residential neighborhood.
