Grandpa Daryl took Allie and mom out to the farm. It was a surprisingly cold day in May, and mom hadn't packed any warm clothes for Allie. Fortunately, Grandma was able to find some of daddy's old clothes to wear! It was really cute to see Allie in Stacy's old 1970's turtleneck and sweater. Grandpa took us to the quancet to see the "new" semi truck and combine that he and Uncle Stand (Stann) had bought. Allie fit perfectly in the wheel of the combine. Afterwards, we went out to the farm to check cows and to watch some oil rigs being serviced. Allie had a great time, and especially loved getting to ride up front in the pickup, and watching the baby calves gallop.
