We came home from work on Tuesday night to find our 15-year-old cat, Jekyll, very sick. We took her to the vet, only to find out that her diabetes is back (it had been in remission), her glucose level was sky-high, she was hypothermic and dehydrated. She's been at the vet for two days now, and it's not looking good for her. The vet thinks that Friday will be the day when we find out if she's going to get better or if we have to make the decision to put her down. Jekyll has always been a good kitty, and this is a real bummer.The photos are of Jekyll in happier times.
