Allison has a "great job!" chart, and gets stickers for things like brushing her teeth, sleeping all night in her bed, saying her prayers, etc. When her sticker chart is full, she gets to choose a "fun thing" to do with mommy and daddy.This time, she chose to go back to the Deanna Rose Farmstead to do some fishing. We tried Vienna Sausages as bait instead of hot dogs...and the fish really liked them, but they didn't stay on the hook as well as good-old-fashioned weiners.
In keeping with Schadel tradition, Allison kissed the first fish she caught.
Not in keeping with tradition, however - she gave the second fish a concussion when she dropped it full-force on the dock. (This was after she announced, "I wanna EAT HIM!")
