Allison had her first real bout with childhood illness this month - she was diagnosed with croup and spent several feverish days at home feeling icky. She called both sets of grandparents for some sympathy, saying, "I got cwoop." Cute but sad. It took about a week (and some long nights for mom and dad) before she stopped coughing and felt better.
Her loyal (and lazy) kitty friend "Jekyl" helped her recover by laying next to her and purring obnoxiously.
